1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Core Trail Hub (registered in Australia, operated by Daniel Foster, located at Daniel Foster, 8 Test Ave, Griffith, NSW, New South Wales, 2680). By accessing our website (core-trailhub.click), enrolling in any mentorship practicum, booking a chart audit, or participating in a workshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Educational Scope and General Advice Disclaimer

All content, live commentary, chart marking demonstrations, syllabi, and feedback delivered through Core Trail Hub represent educational analysis of historical and unfolding price structure.

• Core Trail Hub does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, or trade execution services.
• No commentary or chart annotation should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument or security.
• Financial market trading and technical speculation involve significant risk of capital loss. Participants are solely responsible for evaluating their individual financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives before executing real transactions.

3. Enrollment, Tuition & Payment Terms

Enrollment in the Mentorship Practicum, Swing Dynamics Clinics, and 1-on-1 Chart Breakdown Audits is subject to seat availability and payment confirmation.

• All stated tuition rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Invoices must be settled in full prior to cohort commencement unless a written installment arrangement has been approved in writing by Daniel Foster.
• We reserve the right to decline or defer any enrollment application where technical prerequisites or cohort capacities are not met.

4. Intellectual Property & Educational Materials

All course curricula, chartbooks, video recordings, presentation slides, trendline frameworks, and written materials provided by Core Trail Hub remain the exclusive intellectual property of Core Trail Hub and Daniel Foster.

• Enrollment grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view training materials for your own personal educational use.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, re-broadcast, publish, or publicly display any portion of our course recordings or proprietary chart guides without prior express written consent.

5. Participant Code of Conduct

To maintain a collaborative and productive learning environment during live workshops and clinic discussions, participants must treat fellow students and instructional staff with mutual professional respect. Disruptive, harassing, or commercial promotional conduct will result in immediate termination of workshop access without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Core Trail Hub and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of capital, trading losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from the use of or inability to use our training materials or chart guidance.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any legal disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
