Refund & Cancellation Policy

Australian Consumer Law Guarantee: Our training services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy if services are not delivered with due care and skill or do not match the agreed description.

1. Scope of Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all training programs, mentorship cohorts, workshops, and 1-on-1 diagnostic sessions delivered by Core Trail Hub (operated by Daniel Foster in Griffith, NSW, Australia).

2. 8-Week Mentorship Practicum Cancellation & Refunds

Because practicum cohorts are strictly limited to 12 participants and require extensive curriculum preparation:

  • Cancellation 14+ Days Before Cohort Start: If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 days prior to the first scheduled live session, you will receive a full 100% refund of all tuition paid, less a $50 AUD administrative processing fee.
  • Cancellation Between 7 and 13 Days Before Cohort Start: You may elect to receive a 75% refund of tuition paid, or transfer 100% of your tuition credit to the subsequent quarterly cohort.
  • Cancellation Within 7 Days of Cohort Start: Due to reserved seat allocation, cancellations within 7 days of the first session are non-refundable; however, you may transfer your full enrollment credit to a future cohort date.
  • Withdrawals After Program Commencement: Once the first live clinic has commenced and course handbooks have been distributed, tuition is non-refundable. If unforeseen medical or severe personal emergencies prevent participation, Daniel Foster will arrange a fee-free deferral to the next available cohort.

3. One-on-One Live Chart Breakdown Audits

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a private 90-minute chart audit at no additional charge by providing at least 48 hours' advance notice via email or phone.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice receive a full 100% refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 50% late-cancellation fee to cover pre-session chart review preparation.
  • No-Shows: If a participant fails to attend the scheduled video session without prior notice, the session is forfeited and non-refundable.

4. Weekend Clinics & Syndicate Workshops

  • Weekend clinic enrollments may be cancelled with full refund up to 10 days prior to the event.
  • Syndicate group deposits (50%) are fully refundable up to 21 days before the first customized session. Within 21 days, deposits are non-refundable as customized curriculum development has already commenced.

5. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund or reschedule request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our administrative office at info@core-trailhub.click with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Full Name]”.
  2. Specify the enrolled program, invoice number, and reason for withdrawal or cancellation.
  3. Our team will review your request against the timelines above and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

6. Processing Method & Timelines

Approved refunds are issued back to the original method of payment (EFT bank transfer or card). Refunds are processed by Core Trail Hub within 5 to 7 business days following written confirmation.
